Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company investment strategies and brand identity.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms to drive engagement within the professional investor community.
- Maintain and update the corporate website and marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are compliant with local regulatory standards.
Event Management
- End-to-end coordination of investor events, including webinars, roundtables, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Liaise with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution of high-profile physical and virtual events
Sales & Client Support
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and Client Advisors.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, factsheets, and bespoke presentation materials for institutional and HNW clients.
- Manage the CRM system to track investor interactions, update lead pipelines, and generate sales reports.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate the distribution of monthly newsletters and market commentaries to the firm's distribution list.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or sales support, specifically within the Financial Services industry (Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are essential).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a significant plus.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
