Manager - Distribution Strategy

I am looking for someone with SQL capability. At this position, you will work closely with department heads, helping to consolidate required data. There will be large flexibility tobring top-notch strategic thinking, insights, and business planning in the team while this team has great exposure to company C-levels,allowing candidates to support the development and execution of strategic projects that enhance channel performance and build future-ready capabilities
Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategic initiatives across distribution channels
- Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, including analysis, solution design, execution support, and change management
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and formulate recommendations
- Prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- Candidate with top-tier management consulting background, or extensive experience in Insurance industry, having both experiences is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure issues and develop actionable insights
- Experience in supporting or managing workstreams independently, with stakeholder engagement exposure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to different audiences Team spirit, open and positive in collaborative environment
