I am looking for someone with SQL capability. At this position, you will work closely with department heads, helping to consolidate required data. There will be large flexibility tobring top-notch strategic thinking, insights, and business planning in the team while this team has great exposure to company C-levels,allowing candidates to support the development and execution of strategic projects that enhance channel performance and build future-ready capabilities

Responsibilities

  1. Support the development of strategic initiatives across distribution channels
  2. Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, including analysis, solution design, execution support, and change management
  3. Conduct market research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and formulate recommendations
  4. Prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders
  5. Collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

  1. Candidate with top-tier management consulting background, or extensive experience in Insurance industry, having both experiences is highly preferred
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure issues and develop actionable insights
  3. Experience in supporting or managing workstreams independently, with stakeholder engagement exposure
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to different audiences Team spirit, open and positive in collaborative environment
