A top investment bank is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong legal and compliance governance background to join their team.
Your new role
- Establish and roll out data governance and AI‑related policies, standards, and procedural guidelines.
- Lead cross‑departmental teams to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Manage data governance and rules administration activities, covering areas such as data lifecycle management, AI governance, data quality, and data privacy.
- Track, analyse, and present data governance metrics, initiating corrective actions where required.
- Deliver training sessions to business and IT teams on their responsibilities within the data governance model.
- Act as a bridge between business units and technology teams to ensure data‑related requirements are clearly defined and properly prioritized.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or closely related disciplines.
- Proven background within the banking sector, including exposure to legal and compliance governance.
- Strong track record in designing and rolling out data governance frameworks.
