Asset Servicing Associate

In this role, youll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of voluntary corporate actions across multiple entity and product types, ensuring accurate processing, effective risk management, timely escalation, and strong client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process voluntary corporate action events across APAC markets and multiple product types
2. Manage day-to-day queries from trading desks and interact directly with external prime clients
3. Support BAU and resolve operational queries raised by internal/external stakeholders
4. Handle exceptions, ensure appropriate risk escalation, and maintain control effectiveness
5. Clear and substantiate reconciliation issues in a timely manner
6. Participate in process improvement, automation, and technology enhancement initiatives
7. Support ad hoc requests from the supervisor/manager as needed

Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience in Asset Services within a global markets environment
2. Product knowledge across: Equities, Bonds, Equity Derivatives, and Prime Finance
3. Strong attention to detail and time management
4. Ability to manage risk and exceptions with timely escalation
5. Prime client exposure is a plus
6. People management experience is a plus
7. Experience with process improvement and/or FinTech/digital tools is a plus
8. Fluent in English
