Construct decision-making frameworks centered on the development of Ant International's wealth management, insurance, and credit sectors to assist the Business President in formulating strategic and tactical decisions.

Possess strong data sensitivity and rigorous logic with the ability to quickly identify core issues. Maintain an open mindset and a passion for critical thinking, driving consensus in decision-making through effective management of complex cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirement
3\u3001Experience & Background
Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in strategic analysis roles on the client side (corporate strategy) or in strategic consulting on the agency side.
4\u3001Communication Skills
