Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Manage and review the end-to-end month-end closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statements
  • Lead and supervise the finance team to standardise workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Design and implement financial procedures to strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting quality
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial analyses for leadership review
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and support smooth operations
  • Monitor key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for management decision-making
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards
  • Manage statutory audits and tax filing processes
  • Coach and develop team members, maintaining high performance and professional standards
  • Support ad hoc finance projects as required
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, HKICPA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably from leading CPA firms and/or multinational companies
  • At least 2 years at managerial or senior supervisory level
  • Hands-on experience managing full set of accounts
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, and local/international tax regulations
  • Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in ERP or clinic management systems is a plus
