Your new company is a healthcare services platform supporting a network of medical clinics in Hong Kong, offering a dynamic environment with strong governance and operational scale.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of financial transactions
- Manage and review the end-to-end month-end closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statements
- Lead and supervise the finance team to standardise workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Design and implement financial procedures to strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting quality
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial analyses for leadership review
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and support smooth operations
- Monitor key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for management decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards
- Manage statutory audits and tax filing processes
- Coach and develop team members, maintaining high performance and professional standards
- Support ad hoc finance projects as required
Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, HKICPA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably from leading CPA firms and/or multinational companies
- At least 2 years at managerial or senior supervisory level
- Hands-on experience managing full set of accounts
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage
Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of IFRS, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, and local/international tax regulations
- Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in ERP or clinic management systems is a plus
