Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across multiple business units & operational leaders to scale the onboarding process
  • Owning the onboarding opportunity end to end
  • Accountable for ensuring overall PM Onboarding satisfaction
  • Communicating the status to internal parties
  • Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure
  • Maintain PM Onboarding databases
  • Effectively support the Business Development team through participation in prospective client presentations and strategy

Skills required:
  • Understanding full trade lifecycle
  • Presentable, confident and PM focused. PM facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with incoming PMs in a confident manner
  • Understand and translate business problems into working solutions
  • Minimum 7-8 yrs of experience as part of a Prime Broker desk or front office onboarding
  • A degree in finance, accounting or economics,
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Experience with multiple asset classes
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
