Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across multiple business units & operational leaders to scale the onboarding process
- Owning the onboarding opportunity end to end
- Accountable for ensuring overall PM Onboarding satisfaction
- Communicating the status to internal parties
- Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure
- Maintain PM Onboarding databases
- Effectively support the Business Development team through participation in prospective client presentations and strategy
Skills required:
- Understanding full trade lifecycle
- Presentable, confident and PM focused. PM facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with incoming PMs in a confident manner
- Understand and translate business problems into working solutions
- Minimum 7-8 yrs of experience as part of a Prime Broker desk or front office onboarding
- A degree in finance, accounting or economics,
- Understanding of financial markets
- Experience with multiple asset classes
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
