A fast-growing, multi-strategy global investment firm is expanding its Equity Financing & Capital Solutions team in Hong Kong. We are looking for a talented Analyst with strong exposure to the Consumer and Healthcare sectors in Greater China, and a passion for public markets and deal execution.
The Role
- Conduct deep fundamental research on target companies, including business model evaluation, industry review, and competitive analysis
- Build and maintain valuation models and financial analyses with a sector-driven perspective
- Support execution of equity financing transactions such as IPOs, placements, and block offerings
- Assist in preparing investor materials, pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and market updates
- Coordinate actively with internal investment, trading, and strategy teams across regions
- Contribute to relationship-building with corporates, banks, and institutional investors
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in ECM, equity research, asset management, hedge funds, or related buy/sell-side roles
- Strong exposure to China markets, ideally covering Consumer or Healthcare names
- Solid foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and company due diligence
- Familiarity with equity financing products and capital markets workflows
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship skills
- Ability to manage several parallel workstreams under tight timelines
- Mandarin and English fluency required (spoken and written)
