Business Analyst Change Management -Top Tier Financial Institution - J12547

Our client, a top-tier bank, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have a critical-thinking mindset, bring creative ideas, and provide agile support to the Product Owner in defining product vision, setting priorities, and shaping execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, document, and maintain clear, structured requirements.
2. Analyse end‑user needs and translate insights into design decisions that support a seamless, user‑centred experience.
3. Plan and run user research and usability activities when appropriate (e.g., user interviews, journey mapping, UX assessments).
4. Create detailed business analysis deliverables, including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and recommendations for process or system enhancements.
5. Lead or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): capture defects, track resolution with relevant teams, and validate fixes.
6. Produce regular communications and materials such as project status updates, working group presentations, and management reports.
7. Facilitate stakeholder coordination, drive issue resolution, and escalate risks or blockers as required to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. 3–5 years relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management; experience in Retail Banking or consulting is an advantage.
3. Strong analytical capability, keen attention to detail, and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across functions and with different seniority levels.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or user‑centred design practices is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Chinese, including Putonghua, is desirable.
