Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Tech Risk Project Manager to lead end-to-end cyber and technology risk initiatives for Financial Services clients. This role requires strong delivery ownership, senior stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with cyber risk frameworks and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber and technology risk projects, from initiation through execution and closure
- Manage complex, multi-stream cyber programmes including governance, risk assessments, remediation, and control uplift
- Act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders (C-suite, CIO, CISO, Risk & Compliance leaders)
- Drive alignment with security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST
- Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Cyber Security, IT, Risk, Compliance, Vendors)
- Provide clear reporting, RAID management, and executive-level updates
- Ensure delivery aligns with FS regulatory and compliance expectations
Required Experience & Skills - Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or technology risk projects end-to-end
- Strong project management background within cyber, IT risk, or information security
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or similar cyber security frameworks
- Experience working with Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, or FS Consulting)
- Excellent communication, governance, and documentation skills
- Ability to operate confidently in complex, regulated environments
