The Role
- Daily Fund Operations & Controls: Support daily investment operations, reporting, and general office administration to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Trade & Portfolio Oversight: Monitor trade processing, reconciliations, valuations, and corporate actions, while coordinating closely with external service providers.
- Service Provider & Counterparty Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and counterparties to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Client & Account Setup: Assist with client onboarding, new fund launches, and account implementation processes.
- Governance & Regulatory Support: Provide support on regulatory and internal governance matters, including documentation and ongoing requirements.
- Investor & Marketing Support: Assist with investor communications, due diligence requests, and preparation of marketing and fund‑related materials.
- Projects & Ad‑hoc Tasks: Participate in operational improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as the business continues to expand.
Your Profile
- University graduate in business, finance, or a related discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, trade operations, or auditing
- Hands‑on, proactive mindset with interest in end‑to‑end business operations
- Prior exposure to asset management, financial services, or professional firms is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving environment
- Good communication skills in English; Cantonese preferred
- Long‑term mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach
