Your new role

The Technical Project Manager will support the delivery of a group-wide cybersecurity programme across multiple operating companies within the company across various business sectors. The role focusses on project delivery, governance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful implementation and operationalisation of cybersecurity controls and capabilities.
Working closely with the Cyber Programme Manager, cybersecurity SMEs, IT teams, operating companies, and third-party vendors, the role contributes to programme reporting, governance compliance, and the timely delivery of cyber initiatives.


  • Support delivery of cyber initiatives and workstreams across the group
  • Ensure alignment with programme objectives, governance standards, and delivery timelines
  • Contribute to programme reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong engagement with technical and business stakeholders
  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Act as Project Manager for cyber initiatives across multiple operating companies
  • Support end to end delivery from planning through implementation and handover
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Ensure delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, and governance standards
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate cyber projects and workstreams
  • Maintain project schedules, task trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate project meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs
  • Track progress across operating companies and vendors
  • Support resource coordination and delivery logistics
  • Support programme governance activities and delivery processes
  • Ensure project artefacts and documentation are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Maintain clear communication and escalate risks or issues to the Cyber Programme Manager
  • Documentation & Administrative Support




What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity, MSSP, IT, or technology programmes.
  • Rich experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience managing project artefacts including RAID logs, schedules, and status reporting
  • Exposure to Infrastructure technology and service life cycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, business units, and third-party vendors
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience within large, multi-entity organisations
  • Exposure to cyber initiatives such as SOC operations, risk management, security tooling, or compliance
  • Exposure to infrastructure management and service life cycle management.
  • Familiarity with programme or portfolio management environments
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory for the role.
