Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding assets under management (AUM)
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to mandate closure
- Deliver compelling pitches and present tailored investment solutions to clients
- Initiate and support marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of diverse asset classes and market trends
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of institutional investor needs and investment solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
