Job Description:
Our client is a well-established Leading APAC Brokerage Firm with a strong presence in Traditional Finance space and they are looking for TWO Vice President level Project Manager to join their Wealth Management Team and their newly established Digital Asset Team in Hong Kong respectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned Project Managers in the DeFi and Wealth Management domain that are looking to join a greenfield project to help the firm establish and further enhance their presence in Hong Kong.
With the global teams and the collaborative culture within the company, this is a valuable opportunity for Project Managers with strong experience in Digital Asset trading/Wealth Management background to make an impact and build-out the future of the firm from the ground up.

What Do You Need?
- Hands-on experience in Digital Asset infrastructure/trade-flow setup OR Front Office/Wealth Management hands-on experience
- For the Digital Asset headcount: Experience working with different VATPs is a very strong bonus (RWA Tokenization, Exchange Connectivity, Product On-boarding, Custody & related Legal exposure are welcomed as well!)
- For the Wealth Management headcount: Experience in KYC AML, Regulatory and Compliance related experience is a strong plus!
- SFC Type 1 knowledge / strong knowledge in DeFi products (BTC, ETH etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you need to work closely with other teams and senior management to execute their multi-year roadmap!
- Desire to make a real impact on the business as you pro-actively influence the setup and development of the business
