Your new company is a well-established real estate investment and asset management group, operating as a family-run investment office with a diversified portfolio. The firm takes a long-term investment approach and is actively enhancing its internal systems and digital capabilities to support portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
Your new role
- Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of internal IT systems, including mobile applications.
- Drive system improvements across portfolio management, finance, and reporting platforms
- Manage IT projects end to end, covering requirements gathering, vendor management, implementation.
- Partner with senior management and business users to translate operational needs into effective technology solutions
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Act as the senior IT point of contact.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong IT systems background with hands-on experience in application or system development
- Proven experience in IT project management, delivering system enhancement or implementation projects
- Experience working with booking systems, operational platforms, or internal business applications
- Knowledge or exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics applied in a business environment
- Prior exposure to property, real estate, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries is highly preferred
