FortisHill Consulting is currently partnering with a leading IT solutions and services provider to find a dedicated Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance.
Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to take ownership of ISO audit operations and drive quality excellence within a top-tier tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
- Oversee the operational aspects of both internal and external ISO audits.
- Drive corporate process standardization projects, including KPI and risk reporting, and business solutions compliance.
- Provide training to team members on quality practices, ISO standards, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above in Business, Quality Management, Operations Management, or an IT-related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO quality management; direct experience within the IT industry is highly desired.
- Hands-on knowledge of QMS, alongside ISO system development and maintenance.
- ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training (ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001) is considered a strong plus.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
