Our client is an Expanding and Well-Established Global Corporate & Private bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Client Servicing, Senior Associate (Online Banking) - Large Corporates & Non-Bank Financial Institution portfolio to expand their business capacity in Hong Kong. This position does not require shift duties.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide professional customer services to corporate banking clients (Large Corporates & Non-Bank Financial Institution) via phone and email regarding online banking platforms
  2. Work closely with Corporate Banking Front Office staff to assist with client account setup, password resets, transaction troubleshooting, and fraud reporting
  3. Provide advise to corporate banking client on online banking features, security tips, and self-service options
  4. Promote cybersecurity awareness to clients to minimize IT security incident
  5. Actively follow up with clients on online banking-related requests
  6. Record technical or service-related issues using internal systems
  7. Coordinate with IT, product, and compliance teams to resolve escalated problems relating to online banking
  8. Collaborate with the Headquarter IT team on informing clients on system updates to ensure a smooth operation
  9. Assist in UAT testing and launch of new digital features or updates
  10. Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to digital banking and report suspicious activities or potential fraud cases promptly to relevant departments
  11. Ensure all online-banking related documents are properly maintained

Requirements

  1. Degree or above
  2. 5 years of Corporate Banking/ Commercial Banking Online Banking Customer Services experience (Phone call & Emails)
  3. Good knowledge of online banking systems & related IT security protocols
  4. Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  5. Strong command of written English and solid experience in handling clients enquiries via email
