A global financial institution is looking for a Document Review Associate focusing on the Debt Capital Market.

Our client is a financial institution with business across the globe.
Your new role
- Review transaction documents prepared by external lawyers, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and operational practicality rather than legal drafting
- Create and update Excel transaction trackers and reports as transactions progress.
- Liaise regularly with law firms, banks, and advisors on document‑related matters
- Act as a key point of contact for investors and market intermediaries, handling enquiries and providing clear guidance.
- Manage multiple workstreams in parallel across global teams
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in legal & compliance / due diligence / document review
- Working experience in Capital Market
- Great command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Legal background is an advantage, but not mandatory.
