The Role

  • Executive support & office coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for the senior executive, managing daily office coordination, visitor arrangements, and ensuring a professional and well‑organised working environment.
  • Business & travel support: Coordinate business events, executive travel arrangements, and other ad‑hoc administrative support as required.
  • Senior administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior executive, working closely with internal teams and regional counterparts to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Budget & governance support: Assist with budget tracking and preparation, and help maintain internal guidelines, policies, and procedures related to office and administrative functions.
  • Compliance & best practices: Support the executive in ensuring office operations align with internal standards and adapt effectively to organisational changes.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 8+ years' experience in MNC or financial institution.
  • Experience in secretarial support within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working with both internal teams and external service providers
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
