The Role
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for banking application projects
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and delivery teams
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement definition, solution design, UAT, and post-implementation support hookup
- Act as a key liaison between regional business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal technology standards
- Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with regional stakeholders
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience working on banking applications (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, digital channels, core systems, or risk platforms)
- Exposure to regional or multi-market projects is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and UAT support
- Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
