Your new role
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to play a key role in strengthening the security posture of our Operating Companies across Corporate and Cloud environments. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading multiple security workstreams, driving Microsoft security innovation, and embedding robust security controls across the organisation. You will work closely with security, technology and business stakeholders across regions, taking ownership of critical Microsoft security platforms and initiatives while supporting a wider security adoption programme.
- Lead and deliver multiple workstreams across the Corporate & Cloud Security domain.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Azure Policy framework to mitigate security risk across multiple tenants.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to advance and enhance the Microsoft Intune platform.
- Support the adoption and enhancement of Microsoft security technologies across multiple operating companies.
- Provide security engineering support to multiple operating companies
- Proactively introduce new Microsoft security technologies to improve detection and reduce attack surface.
- Collaborate widely across the business to uplift overall security maturity and alignment.
- Produce and maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring security designs, configurations and processes are well documented and accessible.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 security and administration, supported by a strong infrastructure background and practical expertise in messaging and Active Directory services.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including governance, identity, and security controls.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft SIEM and SOAR technologies.
- Proven, in-depth experience managing Microsoft Intune in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection and Insider Risk Management capabilities.
- Understanding of Microsoft Exposure Management and related security tooling.
- Demonstrated experience delivering security initiatives across large, multi-region or enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of contributing to or leading security adoption and transformation programmes.
- Experience working with MSSPs is highly desirable.
- Exposure to automation (e.g. Terraform), Operational Technology (OT), IoT, and AI-driven security use cases is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory - Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
