We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team and support business process enhancements, digital initiatives, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data reviews to understand business needs and define process or system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and project deliverables.
- Design and document process flows, data mappings, and system interactions; conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities between current and target states.
- Lead and coordinate project implementation activities, including planning, tracking, issue resolution, user training, testing coordination, and rollout support.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business users, developers, testers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work well under pressure.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- English and Cantonese preferred.
- Related certifications are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of business processes and project delivery lifecycle.
- Candidates from any industry background are welcome. Those with Financial Services (FS) experience and financial knowledge are highly preferred
