Our business partner is a leading China‑backed securities and investment services platform, that provides a full spectrum of brokerage, wealth management, and capital markets solutions to regional and global clients. They are seeking Equity Sales - Senior Associate/AVP to join their team.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, corporate clients, listed companies, and other non‑licensed investment entities.
- Identify clients' trading and investment needs and provide suitable global securities trading, custody, wealth management, and margin financing solutions
- Offer access to a wide range of products including global equities, ETFs, futures, exchange-traded products, and OTC products such as funds, bonds, and structured products.
- Actively grow client assets, trading volume, and overall wallet share.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations, internal policies, and suitability requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years of client‑facing sales or relationship management experience within securities, banking, or financial services. Proven ability to independently develop, manage, and retain client relationships is required. An existing client network and good understanding of the Hong Kong securities market is always an advantage. Proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required.
