Assistant Manager to join the Agency Management and Business Development Team.
Your new role
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Life, Health, and Employee Benefits market, aligning product offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and key insurance brokers, supporting them with product knowledge, underwriting guidance, and sales enablement.
- Identify new business opportunities within the channel to expand distribution reach and increase sales portfolio profitability.
- Coordinate closely with underwriting, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and ensure a seamless placement process.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with broker partners, analyzing production data and implementing action plans to improve sales results.
- Lead training, workshops, and marketing initiatives to enhance broker engagement and promote product understanding.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 Years of relevant Business Development, Agency Management or Sales experience within the Insurance industry
- Knowledge of operations within Employee Benefits
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
