A real estate investment office is seeking a Senior IT Manager to manage internal systems and applications.

Your new company

Your new company is a well-established real estate investment and asset management group, operating as a family-run investment office with a diversified portfolio. The firm takes a long-term investment approach and is actively enhancing its internal systems and digital capabilities to support portfolio growth and operational efficiency.

Your new role
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of internal IT systems, including mobile applications.
  • Vendor and service contract management, including contract renewal, price review with service providers, and monitoring vendors' performance and service delivery.
  • Manage application development, implementation and maintenance processes; and communicate with different stakeholders to drive business applications implementation.
  • Manage IT projects end to end, covering requirements gathering, vendor management, implementation.
  • Supervise and manage the IT team to assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations; and ensure systems are correctly licensed.
  • Create, develop or source, evaluate, manage and maintain property technology (Proptech") for BU's assets and also applications/software solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT operations, application development and/or project implementation, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Experience working in fast-paced agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge or exposure to AI or automation is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to property, real estate, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries is highly preferred.
