This team owns the core infrastructure and developer tooling that underpins a global, real-time trading environment, combining cloud-native platforms with high-performance on-prem systems.

Youll play a key role in designing, deploying, and supporting scalable infrastructure used directly by engineers, researchers, and trading teams.

What youll be doing

  1. Build and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-prem environments
  2. Manage and scale Kubernetes platforms (EKS and beyond)
  3. Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab and similar)
  4. Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform / Ansible
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems in production environments
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to improve reliability and deployment workflows
  7. Contribute to internal tooling and platform improvements

What theyre looking for

  1. Scripting / development (Python)
  2. Kubernetes and containerisation experience (EKS, Docker, Podman)
  3. Solid AWS fundamentals (compute, storage, IAM, networking)
  4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
  5. Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible or similar)
  6. Strong Linux fundamentals (RHEL / Rocky or similar)
  7. Experience supporting distributed systems in production
  8. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in live environments

Nice to have:

  1. GitLab
  2. Snowflake or ClickHouse
