A fast-growing hedge fund is looking for a fund operations analyst. This is a new headcount to support their expanding business. The ideal candidate will have experience in fund operations environment and good knowledge in NAV
Responsibilities:
- Assist with fund operations responsibilities, manage back-office processes for multiple product types
- Operate the portfolio system to book daily trade and cash movements
- Reconcile and review NAV statements
- Prepare daily reconciliations for multiple funds; support settlement and payment processing
- Investigate and resolve break, report discrepancies
- Monitor trade status, resolve breaks/exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil special requests and reporting needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in fund operations/administration/accounting
- Good knowledge in different financial asset classes
- Understanding of fund accounting concepts
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
