Portfolio Manager / Senior Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of equity portfolio strategy and performance across Hong Kong and global markets, spearheading the continued build-out and scaling of the firms Equities platform.
2. Craft and put into action high-conviction investment approaches grounded in a long-standing, clearly articulated philosophy — with the goal of generating persistent alpha and beating designated benchmarks over time.
3. Play an active role in global market intelligence, disciplined portfolio risk oversight, seamless team coordination, and the ongoing refinement of the firms worldwide research and investment infrastructure.
4. Stay true to foundational investment beliefs even through volatile or prolonged market environments, consistently applying a patient, repeatable process that supports enduring capital preservation and growth.

Requirements

1. 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, with a primary focus on equity investments.
2. Verifiable, publicly available performance track record demonstrating consistent and strong investment results will be a plus.
3. Prior experience working at a well-established asset management firm or hedge fund, with deep familiarity with global markets and the ability to confidently present to and engage with international institutional investors during roadshows.
4. Proven ability to navigate full market cycles with a mature, consistent, and cohesive investment philosophy and style.
5. Strong passion for the investment profession, seeking long-term career development on a stable and professional platform.
6. Excellent analytical skills, sound decision-making ability, and strong teamwork spirit; fluent in English and Mandarin.
