Requirements:

  • An undergraduate or advanced degree (Masters/MBA) from a global Tier-1 university.
  • Progress toward or completion of the CFA designation is highly preferred.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing institutional client relationships in Greater China.
  • Deep knowledge of investment concepts, global economics, and capital markets.
  • Specific expertise in fixed income, private credit, and alternative investments is essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex financial technicalities into "ideal solutions" for clients.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
