Responsibilities
- Support the Company's growth strategy, global expansion, and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions.
- Join the Digital Solutions Team to lead and deliver cross-functional digital and business transformation projects
- Serve as Project Manager for multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning through execution
- Work closely with business, operations, technology, and external partners to define requirements, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resources early, and proactively manage issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across senior management and working teams
- Maintain strong awareness of industry, market, and technology trends to support informed decision-making and solution design
Qualifications - Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within investment banking or global markets
- Strong understanding of institutional sales and trading businesses across equities and FICC products (including derivatives and structured products), as well as wealth management and retail brokerage
- Solid knowledge of front, middle, and back office processes, with a proven track record in business build-out and process reengineering initiatives
