We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage and coordinate the delivery of cyber security initiatives for one of our most sizeable multinational in-house clients.
Your new role
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through to implementation and handover.
- Manage and deliver cyber security projects across various departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates with clear agendas and actionable outputs.
- Support programme governance processes and ensure compliance with delivery standards and frameworks.
- Prepare programme reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in project management within cyber security, IT, or technology programmes.
- Strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing RAID logs, schedules, and project reporting.
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure technology and service lifecycle management.
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cyber Security, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
