About the Role
Our client, a well‑known insurance company, is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to focus on the agency channel and customer insights. The successful candidate will leverage data to drive revenue generation, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with both business and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes
Key Responsibilities - Analyze agency channel performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and revenue drivers.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, engineering, and product owners to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Provide customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and predictive insights to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Support decision-making by delivering clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate findings effectively to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics; 5–7 years for Senior Data Analyst consideration.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Solid exposure to the insurance agency sector and customer data analysis.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
