Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Support

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and Client Advisors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, factsheets, and bespoke presentation materials for institutional and HNW clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding documentation, presentations, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage the CRM system to track investor interactions, update lead pipelines, and generate sales reports.


Marketing & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company investment strategies and brand identity.
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to drive engagement within the professional investor community.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and support timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website and marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are compliant with local regulatory standards.

Event Management

  • End-to-end coordination of investor events, including webinars, roundtables, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Liaise with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution of high-profile physical and virtual events

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the distribution of monthly newsletters and market commentaries to the firm's distribution list.



Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or sales support, specifically within the Financial Services industry (Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel are essential).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a significant plus.
  • Languages: Native or professional fluency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
