Job Description
Business Analysis
- Lead requirement gathering and clarification with business stakeholders.
- Document current and future state processes across retail operations and reportings.
- Conduct market delta analysis for core POS capabilities (e.g., FBP, WFJ, FSN).
- Facilitate workshops and working level discussions with business stakeholders.
Solution Alignment
- Ensure regional requirements are aligned with the global base template.
- Support integration mapping and data readiness activities.
- Collaborate with global SMEs and technical teams to validate feasibility.
Change Management
- Act as a regional change ambassador.
- Conduct Change Impact Analysis and identify business pain points.
- Support communication, training, and adoption planning with local teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain traceability of requirements and decisions.
- Prepare business documentation, test scenarios, and user role definitions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in business analysis or consulting roles, specializing in luxury retail and POS
- transformation.
- Strong experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Familiarity with Oracle POS.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global/regional rollout projects.
- Knowledge of APAC retail operations and market nuances.
- Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
