Requirements

  • Proven exposure to banking or financial services platforms, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Banking platforms, investment/remittance domain, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to design clear, comprehensive, and efficient test cases based on system requirements, functional specifications, and business needs.
  • Experience in executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring banking applications meet specified requirements.
  • Proficient in raising, tracking, and managing defects using defect management tools.
  • Coordinate closely with development and technical teams to ensure timely defect resolution and retesting.
  • Ability to identify critical system or project issues, assess impact, and escalate appropriately to ensure swift resolution with minimal project disruption.
  • Regularly monitor and manage testing and project status, highlighting risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) within a banking or financial services environment.
