About Our Client Our client is one of the top Japanese bank with focus in providing corporate banking and investment services. The department is currently looking for a Loan Operation Officer to be responsible for loan operation, draw down, transaction checking and preparation for corporate banking clients.
Job Description - Performing loan administration tasks, including processing and monitoring loan transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in loan operations.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for loan-related matters.
- Maintaining accurate loan records and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of loan accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing support for audit and compliance reviews related to loan operations.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in loan operation field
- Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
