Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Private Banking Relationship Managers to provide FX advisory, pricing, and execution across spot, forward, swap, and structured FX solutions.
  • Proactively identify FX opportunities linked to clients' investment, hedging, liquidity, and cross-border requirements.
  • Deliver timely FX market commentary, strategy ideas, and trade recommendations aligned with clients' risk profiles and investment objectives.
  • Execute FX transactions efficiently while managing pricing, P&L impact, and risk exposure.
  • Support client meetings, deal structuring discussions, and post-trade follow-ups to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and settlement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and suitability standards.
  • Contribute to FX revenue growth and expansion of client wallet share through proactive engagement and cross-selling.
The Successful Applicant

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in FX sales, treasury sales, or markets, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Strong knowledge of FX products, market dynamics, and hedging strategies for wealthy clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a relationship-driven, client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex FX concepts clearly.
