Your new company A leading private bank is hiring an Analyst for their Client Onboarding team.
Your new role - Conduct negative news and adverse media screening on existing Private Banking clients using a consistent and risk-based methodology.
- Review client information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for Client Data Management, including account opening, ongoing client maintenance, and periodic reviews.
- Work closely with Business Units, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all required documentation and approvals are properly obtained and maintained.
What you'll need to succeed - University graduate or above.
- At least 2 years experience in KYC/ Client Data Management in banking industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-initiated, detailed-oriented and a good team player.
- Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
