They are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to join the team, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, coordinating administrative services, managing vendors and office facilities, and providing business support to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. The Role

  • Insights and tracking: Monitor travel activity, costs, and user feedback, producing clear summaries to support planning and continuous improvement.
  • Employee trip coordination: Support staff with complex and international travel arrangements, changes, and urgent requests in a policy‑compliant way.
  • Travel governance and standards: Review, update, and maintain company travel guidelines to support business needs while promoting efficiency and consistency.
  • Supplier engagement and expense oversight: Manage relationships with travel vendors, secure competitive options, monitor spending trends, and support budget discipline.
  • Operational enhancement: Improve booking, approval, and reporting workflows through system upgrades and smarter use of tools.
  • Judgement and risk consideration: Identify potential issues related to travel decisions and provide practical recommendations to mitigate impact.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 7-10 years in travel or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working with both internal teams and external service providers
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
