Job Description
- Responsible for developing UAT plan, strategies, and test cases based on business requirements, assist with post-implementation activities and provide support for production issues
- Assist in installation and setup of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Demonstrates strong ability to draft, edit, and finalize clear, well-structured reports to management.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data to produce accurate, insightful, and actionable reports that support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the department to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Participate in other ad-hoc departmental affairs as required
Job Requirements
- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank's product discipline
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- With common knowledge of PC configurations
