Job Description - Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process for B2B clients (EAMs, family offices, Type 1/9 licensees), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related issues promptly.
- Providing regular updates to clients about the status of their onboarding process.
- Maintaining accurate records of client onboarding activities in the internal system.
- Ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
- Collaborating with the WealthTech team to improve onboarding workflows and user experience.
- Delivering high-quality support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey.
The Successful Applicant - Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within client onboarding or similar functions.
- Strong knowledge of AML and KYC compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using onboarding systems and tools, with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to service delivery.
