Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and frontline advisors to support insurance sales activities, providing product advisory and structuring support for high-value client portfolios.
- Advise on complex insurance solutions, including protection, legacy planning, wealth preservation, and estate-planning-related policies.
- Support client engagements by preparing sales proposals, illustrations, benefit comparisons, and scenario-based analyses for client discussions.
- Proactively identify insurance cross-selling opportunities within client portfolios and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct product training sessions and sales support workshops for Relationship Managers, enhancing product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Work with insurers and internal product teams to structure competitive solutions for large or complex cases, including pricing discussions and underwriting coordination.
- Stay abreast of regional insurance market developments, regulatory changes, and product trends to support advisory-led sales conversations.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure suitability, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support marketing initiatives, client seminars, roadshows, and portfolio reviews as required.
The Successful Applicant - Degree holder in any discipline; qualifications in insurance, finance, or related fields are preferred.
- Proven experience in insurance product sales, product advisory, or insurance-focused roles within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisory environments.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, wealth planning solutions, and high-net-worth client needs.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to translate product features into client value.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional insurance or financial planning certifications (e.g. CFP, RFP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Relationship Managers, insurers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
