As part of its continued presence in Asia, the bank is seeking experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Private Bankers in delivering a high-touch, professional service experience to high-net-worth clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client-related administrative and transactions requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage end-to-end processing of client instructions, including account maintenance, payments, investment-related documentation, and lending-related requests.
- Coordinate and organise client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor client transactions and cash movements, ensuring all instructions are properly authorised and executed in line with internal controls.
- Build a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including client confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border considerations relevant to private banking.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client services or assistant relationship management within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese languages (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is highly preferred due to client coverage.
