Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user technical support via phone, email, web chat, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Perform laptop repair, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
  • Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate required repairs clearly and ensure user satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures and knowledge management practices
  • Assist in triaging and escalating system or network outages
  • Support teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment
  • Adhere to assigned shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Experience providing desktop and end-user technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across complex IT systems
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Mac OS, and business applications
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop support, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft MCSE or MCITP (Active Directory) certification
  • AS400 working knowledge is an advantage
