We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong interest in securities-related products to support the development and optimisation of investment offerings within retail banking. This role will focus on driving product strategy, commercial performance, and regulatory alignment for securities and investment products across their lifecycle.

Salary Budget: HKD 45,000-50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of securities and investment products, from product planning and launch through ongoing enhancement and review.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing offerings and contribute to the design of new products by analysing market trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, risk, compliance and IT to ensure smooth product implementation and delivery.
- Support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives, including pricing, features, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure products and related processes comply with current regulatory and compliance requirements, and participate in workflow and process design where required.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, preparing analysis and recommendations for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the banking industry; exposure to product management or investment-related roles is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of retail banking products, securities products, and global financial markets.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards relevant to investment and securities businesses.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across functions.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
