We are seeking aPYTHON RAD Front Office Developer / Senior to enhance our client's trading desks, with a focus on the APAC region. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hong Kong.
You will:
- Software Development : Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions using industry-standard programming languages and tools.
- Unit Testing : Implement unit testing to ensure code is well-structured, readable, and reliable.
Looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills inPython , SQL, Excel VBA, Java, C#, or Angular.
- Experience with all phases of software development, particularly inRapid Application Development.
- Understanding of Prime Finance products and financial data flows.
- IT experience in the financial sector (buy-side or sell-side).
- Proficiency in problem-solving and data structures.
Preferred / BIG PLUS If you have:
- Scalable Financial Systems Experience : Knowledge of designing, developing, and pricing financial instruments within large, enterprise-level systems.
- Investment Banking Experience : Familiarity with front office operations in an investment bank.
- Data Science Knowledge : Exposure to data science concepts and techniques.
