We are looking for a senior AI lead to assist in building the middle-office capabilities for our fintech business. This role is not about designing simple front-end pages or basic operations tools; rather, it focuses on integrating, streamlining, optimizing, and upgrading existing systems centered around customers, accounts, products, transactions, workflows, risk control, customer service, and AI workflows.
Core Responsibilities - Middle-Office Construction: Lead the development of product middle-office capabilities, focusing on 360-degree customer views, account/asset displays, product shelves, business/service processes, ticket collaboration, and AI workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Tech teams to refine requirements and rules, ensuring seamless system integration and implementation.
- Scenario-Based Design: Design products for scenarios including trading, financing, wealth allocation, OTC products, and customer support to enhance both client experience and internal efficiency.
- AI Integration: Drive the application of AI in customer management, sales enablement, customer service, knowledge management, and document auditing.
- System Evolution: Focus on integrating and upgrading existing infrastructures rather than building a consumer internet product from scratch.
Candidate Requirements - Middle/Back-Office Expertise: Strong experience in middle-office or platform-based products, preferably from brokerages, wealth management firms, trading platforms, or FinTech companies.
- Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of complex financial scenarios (beyond just funds and insurance), including account systems, trading flows, financing, OTC products, and risk control systems.
- System Architect Mindset: Ability to perform system integration, process design, and rule abstraction; you must be more than a "PRD writer" or front-end designer.
- AI Proficiency: Practical understanding of AI products; experience with AI workflows, knowledge bases, intelligent customer service, Agents, or automated audit flows is highly preferred.
- Project Leadership: Capable of communicating across departments (Business, Tech, Risk, Compliance) to drive complex projects to completion.
- Seniority: Senior-level professional who can independently own a module; leadership of an entire business line is not required.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience building middle-office platforms (Customer, Account, Asset, Product, Trading, or Risk) within a brokerage or wealth management context.
- Experience with Hong Kong or Overseas brokerage/wealth management platforms.
- Proven track record of implementing AI within financial business scenarios.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST
Not a Fit for This Role - Candidates whose experience is limited to front-end UI, marketing activities, growth hacking, or membership loyalty products.
- Candidates who only understand a single wealth product line and lack knowledge of underlying systems and processes.
- Candidates with a purely algorithmic or consulting background without hands-on product delivery experience.
