Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a C++ Developer to join their high-performing Market Access team. This is a unique opportunity to transition your engineering expertise into the fast-paced world of electronic trading.
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust market access modules, focusing on high availability and distributed systems.
- Engineer software that can handle high volumes of data while remaining stable and resilient under pressure.
- Create and maintain automated testing suites and CI/CD build tools to streamline our development lifecycle and improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience with C++ (Standard 11 or higher).
- Comfortable working in a Linux/Unix ecosystem.
- Open to candidates from outside the financial industry.
- A solid understanding of how data moves across a network, specifically using TCP/IP or Socket programming.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and the ability to use a scripting language (like Python or Bash) to automate repetitive tasks.
