We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist to support digital business initiatives. The ideal candidate can work closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into clear solution scope, and coordinate effectively with technical and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, gather detailed requirements and document user stories, process flows and use cases for Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce designs, working closely with developers and admins to ensure solutions are scalable and fit for purpose.
- Support configuration, testing and deployment of new features and enhancements, including coordinating UAT, validating results and managing issues.
- Create and review process diagrams, impact analysis, and supporting documentation for solution alignment.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
Requirement
- Strong experience working in Salesforce related projects, with exposure to Service Cloud.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience producing process flows, impact assessments, and scope clarification documents.
- Comfortable handling configuration and low-code changes in Salesforce.
- Ability to read code and configuration for basic analysis and support.
- Certified Salesforce Admin and App Builder certification preferred; Advanced Admin experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is a must.
