Our client is a fast‑growing asset management firm with a strong track record of absolute and risk‑adjusted performance. Headquartered in Hong Kong with an expanding international presence, the firm collaborates closely with a prestigious listed financial institution and serves high‑quality global clients.
This role sits within the Investment Services team and plays a key part in supporting the firm's investment platform and investor relationships. It focuses on data, analysis and reporting-covering investor flows, performance, capacity and business materials-while working closely with senior investment, distribution and internal stakeholders.
The Role
- Serve as a professional representative of the firm in all written and verbal communications with internal teams and external parties, including current and potential investors, partners, fund board members, and various service providers.
- Oversee and coordinate Due Diligence requests from prospects, existing clients, and counterparties, acting as the central contact to gather inputs and information from across the organization.
- Gradually take on responsibility for attending and representing the firm in business discussions and meetings.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management as part of the team, beginning from initial investor interest through the full lifecycle of the client relationship.
- Support new product ideas by doing basic research and simple analysis.
- Assist various day‑to‑day projects and tasks related to the firm's operations or funds.
- Help manage and update the firm's client database
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 3-5 years' finance experience.
- Graduates from top universities highly preferred.
- Native English speaker.
- Strong project management experience.
- Open to candidates from any finance background.
- Presentable with excellent client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Excel.
- Client-centric, proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills; high attention to detail, ethical, organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
